i m staying wid my parents near abt 6 months now i want to get in my matrimony house but my husband don't want me to come back his home as i have took no action yet now what can i do legally to enter his house as such no action i have took but now I m done wid all the issues nd his terms nd conditions i agree nd continue the marriage
Ma'am you may take shelter of the provisions of Protection Of Women from Domestic Violence Act and by preferring a complaint under section 12 of the Act, you can seek relief of shared household hold if the order in your favour is passed you shall be given protection order of shared household .
