Legal remedy if wife not allowing him to meet his children

Hindu man Married according to since 4.5 years. I have a daughter 2years 6 months. My wife is her father's house. Nonresponding to any of my msgs. What's is the solution. I feel like talking to them and seeing my wife and daughter .
You can file a restitution case against wife and ask her to rejoin you with your child. If you are in Bangalore you can file the case in Family Court. Court can also allow you to meet your child.

Why she is not responding to you or not returning to you. What you have done to her, why a wife has to sit at her father's house by abandoning her husband is best known to you and your wife. Go directly to her parents house ant talk to them and bring her and your kid back. What is stopping you to go there are you guilty for any thing or they have done any thing wrong to you. You should clarify all this with your self and if it can't be sorted out then you consult any advocate for legal action.
