Legal remedy against daughter in law harassing mentally and physically

Daughter in Law harassing by false allegation, abusing and physical assault. Don't care for our food in time. The house we are living for rs 52 lakhs my contribution was rs.33 lakhs. Rest emi is being paid by my son.What can be the legal remedy against this?
आपको तुरंत ही निकटतम पुलिस थाने में आपके साथ हो रहे अत्याचार के विरुद्ध शिकायत दर्ज करानी चाहिए । यदि आपकी शिकायत दर्ज ना हो तो आप इस संबंध में एक लिखित प्रार्थना पत्र जिले के एस पी/ एस एस पी को भी दे सकते हैं।
