legal recourse of hindu wife against harassment by in-laws

Hindu. Two years ago I got married.My parents gave 120 grams of gold as a dowry.My mother-in-law and father in law are in a town. My husband was working in another town so I and my husband were in that town.whenever I and my husband get to my father in law home.for me, for any small reason my father-in-law & mother-in-law used vulgar words and insult me.so I don't want go there.For this reason, my mother-in-law are fighting with me. If my husband says all about this, he does not bother about me. My husband threatens me to go to my father and mother's place and stay there.
You could file dowry harassment case against all but if u file your maritial life would be spoiled since u havr to face so many problems in life and u should come to police station, court waste of time, money and ur whole life would be waste think wisr think twice get adjusted to lifr and wait for time life is uncertain so.
