Marriage with a Hindu girl is void who has not reached age of maturity and void able if ageism 16 or 17 but below that it is child marriage which is now a criminal offence. Kindly marry only after the girl reaches the age of 18.

You cant marry any girl who has not attained majority. It might put you in trouble, wait until she turns major from minor. You must not do anything for which you have to face trouble in the near future.

Immediately go to bar/judicial Custory. Because, it is not the age of marriage and either the parent of the said girl can lodged a written complaint against you if they are against it or any other person can lodge Complaint before the Police Station to stop the marriage of minor, then Police can stop the marriage and arrest each and every person attained the said marriage. So, wait until she became major one.

According to law you can't do that. Primary requirement of a valid marriage is 18yrs.of age of a girl and 21yrs. age of the boy. Then you have to wait until she attain the age of 18yrs. and you have attain the age of 21yrs. If not already crossed. For the trick for which you put the question would be a secret communication. Go before an expert.
