Legal advice regarding domestic violence to daughter in law

I'm a Catholic woman married for one year and my parents in law mentally harassing me and the housing condition is very bad.I have no peace of mind and want to stay separately but my husbands sibling forcing me to stay with abusive parents in law.My hubby has 2 married brothers but they are staying separately but in d same property,but I'm forcefully made to stay with in law saying that I have to look after old parents.Also my husband's siblings say that I married after knowing about in laws.house doesn't belong to my husband nor to my parents in law.Please advise me how can I stay separately

you can definitely file a case for domestic violence or if you do not want to live with your husband you can file for divorce it depends upon you. if you want to file a petition for domestic violence you must have firm grounds you must be able to explain what is harassment as the term is rather vague and please visit your local lawyer or a probationary officer so he can help you further ..please also try to reconcile with your husband also for living separately if possible.
