Legal action against sister's husband for adultey

My sister's husband is having an affair they r married for 13yrs have two sons the second child is mentally challenged.What steps shoukd be taken ?
If possible give him a Chance if he is ready to change. That will be beneficial specially for children. But if he persists in his conduct (affair) then your sister may take divorce and maintenance from her husband. First try for mutual consent divorce and if he refuses than go for regular divorce on the ground of adultery and cruelty.
