Legal action against in laws and husband for mental and physical abuse

I stay with my husband and "7" year old daughter . he is a sailor . His mother never wanted him to marry me after marriage also always brain fed him to leave me and my daughter making him suspicious . He already has inferiority complex . It's been 12 years of our marriage still out of his suspicious nature he is touturing my 7 year old vulnerable daughter to keep an eye me . Risking her life greatly in danger by ordering her if I go for work in Auto that she should note down Auto no . Give to him . He is projecting my image very bad in front of her telling her that your mother shoud die . At the same time scaring her beating her to harm .so she was so scared to tell me all the while . Its been happening since 4 years. My husband is doing all this because her mother and sister tells him to do. In my absences my mother in law and my sister in law also talks to my daughter puts my image very badly in front of her .What legal recourse do I have?
