Is signed white paper legally valid for transfer of property

07-May-2023 (In Family Law)
Father expired leaving wife, 3 sons and a daughter as legal heirs. They have a residential plot. On humanity grounds, the two sons signed on a blank white paper to enable register the plot on third son who is not settled well. But the daughter has used the blank signed papers and register plot on her name. Is this transaction legally viable? The two sons don't know what is written on signed white papers. Is signed white paper hold good for a plot registration?

Agreement in white paper signed by your brothers are accepted and if you have not signed on the document, you can challenge the registration, by filing a case for cancellation of such document with the help of two brothers who signed.

Dear Client,
For valid registration two sons must go to Registrar`s Office and must sign in the Register. You must thoroughly enquir into the matter on what grounds the Registrar Registered the Plot. Who signed in the name of her brothers etc., You must enquir and ask the question. Take legal assistance to proceed further. Even the blank signed paper used as relinquishment of brothers` share it must be properly stamped and registered.

your question as to whether the paper is a stamp paper or a plain white paper. even if it is a white paper it can be used for a different purpose. Then i suggest you to check with the SRO if you know the plot details, document number etc. so that you can take necessary step.
