Is my BF under an obligation to marry me if I got pregnant due to him

We are couples we both are Hindu. As such he is rajathani boyand I am gorkhali.he had commited that he will marry with me.now his parents are not agree so he refuse to marry.and I am pregnant.so it is compulsion for him to marry with me as such I am pregnant by him.
There is no law which can compel him to marry you. Also, no court of law can force someone to marry. Do his parents know that you are pregnant? How old are you? and how old is he? Do your parents know that you are pregnant?
