Is Mental disorder ground for divorce?

My marriage has 2 years, with small issue or without any issue my wife gets very much angry and attempt to suicide and attempt to fight, attempt murder and quarrel with me at least 3 to 4 days and don't eat threat me divorce speaking loudly very bad language to me, my mother . She diagnosed with Adjustment disorder mental disease in AIIMS, for 15 days. I have keep doctor report and her voice call recording. Staring from marriage her behavior is not normal If her baby is crying 5 minutes then she also get so angry and attempt harm baby. Doctor tell her for treatment but she cannot eat medicine and not go for further treatment. . Her Parents and wife not understand illness and not want treatment and threat me put me and my family in jail for file dowry case. So advise me how I save me and family form false dowry case, can police arrest me immediately after she file Dowry case, can i file divorce on mental disorder ground. Can i file any case against her father and brother.
