Is marriage with distant relative valid according to Hindu law

I am in love with a girl in my caste. But the problem is that she is my father's sister's husband's brother's daughter. Some of the relatives(especially my father and father's sister) think that we are cousins and this marriage is not possible in Hindus. Hence, can someone please let me know whether this marriage is possible or not and is legal?
Accordin to hindu marriage act 1955 it cnt be possible but by mutual consent it may be possible with the help of witnesses.this type of marriage happen always in muslim still u should file an application in any family court.

But if you do court marriage that will be more helpful for you, It will give you legal right of marriage.
