Is it necessary to change the last name after marriage ? My wife name is neha chugh & my name is sachin girdhar in all documents. Can she use same name after marriage in all documents like : passport‚ child school certificate In birth certificate of kid her name written neha is it ok or we need to change ?
No it is not mandatory to change the name after marriage ....everything will be same no need change the name after marriage ....in any procedure or any document your same name will be used ...

Legally it is not necessary to change last name/surname after marriage. Now a days due to holding of so many documents, IDs etc. it is good to keep original name to avoid unnecessary preparation of so many documentation every required time. Two surnames in children's certificates etc. are very much o.k. So, keep her original name.
