Hello Mai apne cross cousin (chacheri fua k beta) se shadi krna chahti hu...Kya ye hindu marrage act ke tahat ho sakta h.....Kyoki meri family ye shadi nhi hone dena chahte h...So plz suggest me...
According to Hindu marriage act ,aap cross cousin ke sath sadi nahi kar sakti hai.kyonki Hindu marriage act me mother line 3 generation or father line me 5 generation ka gap hona hota hai.and aapke case sirf 2 generation gap hai.
