A senior sitizen aged 60 and 7 months an unemploye who is a heart patient whether is he required to pay compulsorily monthly payments to home? Wife, boy and a girl all are working in a private firm.

If the children are major you need not to pay for their maintenance. However you have to maintain your wife provided she is not earning. If your wife is working and if you can adduce the evidence against her no need to pay the maintenance .
