Is court marriage valid even if husband & wife haven't consummated

Is a court marriage is valid when a boy and a girl dont have any phisical relation between them from 2 yrs and dont have any phisical relation before and after mrg and from two years never connect with each other
Here the question is not about physical relationship .First tell that whether you have take seven steps (saath fhere) after marriage in any temple or arya samaj and if you have dont done arya samaj marriage then marriage is not valid from the first day and court agreement has no relevance but if you have done arya samaj marriage than marriage is valid whereas you file divorce petition in the basis of non consummation of marriage.

Marriage is valid untill you take a decree of divorce from the court , if you and your partner don't have any physical relation then it could be around for divorce any of the partner can approach the court on this Ground for divorce
