Is any notice sent to home in same day court marriage

Hi, there are difference between the court marriage and notice marriage . Firstly the court marriage is one in which the marriage take place in Arya samaj mandir and registration marriage is on available day.Secondly notice marriage is done by SDM of concerned area in which a notice be issued by SDM office to address of both the parties which have effect for period of 30 days and if the SDM will not get any objection from the family members of both the parties then that marriage is made before SDM which is known as court notice marriage . so no notice be sent on same day it is sent prior to the marriage.

No court marriage notice issued and dispatched can b on same day but it's not possible to serve on the same day of application of marriage, it seems to be manipulated by the interested party or by any other reasons. But you have the right to do choose your way and nobody has right to raise objections on your marriage except the legal and logical reason

same day marriage from court is not possible. anyway your query is very vague first tell me about your religion, your boyfriend religion and age. so that any lawyer can suggest you better.

Question: man i want to know that in same day court marriage any notice come to home.. because me and my boyfrnd is going to do same day court marriage, mam plzz guide
