Is a divorce decree from Canada valid in India?

06-Mar-2023 (In Family Law)
I got married in India as per Hindu law in 2011 and got divorced in Canada through mutual consent after staying with my ex husband for few weeks in Canada. Is my divorce decree recognizable India? I came back to India some years back and want to get married again in India now.

if you received a mutual consent divorce decree from the competent court of canada, then your divorce decree is enforceable in India. please disclose your new fiancé's nationality also as thats also very necessary.
