Repected sir,
the case started with property dispute,resulting in fight between my father and my uncle.both of them went to police station ,they lodged both of us ncr.both were booked under ipc 323 and 504.and were sent for medicals in govt hospital.my uncl paid bribe in the hospital for making a good medical report ,even though nothing has happened to him.and the doctor wrote for futher x ray of hand.again by the same he managed to take a fracture hand report.ow they are scaring us that they will book us under ipc 325.please suggest me should a take a bail on 323 And 504.or should i wait for 325.please note that from there side the complaint is on my father,myself and my brother.and from our side its against my four uncle.sir iam working in merchant navy as second officer from 2013.can i take a bail on 323 And 504 And go back on ship.please suggest iam in big trouble
If a NCR has been lodged, you are not required to take bail. Whenever any party file an application U/s 1552 (2) cr.p.c. then only the police will start investigation and you need to take bail. 323 504 IPC are bailable offences and u will get bail in these sections by the magistrate. 325 IPC is a grave offence but it is also bailable. So you need not worry

I will suggest you to share copy of both FIRs so that correct and Legal advise could be given after going through facts of both cases. Do not take any action in hurry. You will not be arrested immediately. Also inform about the place of FIRs so that concerned high court could be ascertained. I am hopeful that you will not required to get bail.
