Inter religion marriage and parents not agreeing - what can be done

I want to marry with a muslim girl and i am a hindu but our parents are not agrry for our mariege sho what shoul i do and i dont want police involvement in it she is 25 years old and i am 27 years old actuly she has engaged on 16 dec 2016 but she dosent want to marry that guy give me solution what should i do
