Dear Client,
What ever the religion may be, first of all whether your husband is go man without having vices, then you must put the matter before the marriage elders and resolve the dispute.

Hi
As per law, it is the duty of men to take care of his wife and children and also his parents.
Also there is nothing in law to prevent a man to financially support his sister. However any financial help to sister should not be at the cost of your welfare and well being.
In your case, it looks like you can settle the matter by you talking to your husband.
