Hello.
In the very first instance u should send a legal notice for restitution of conjugal right and give her 15days time to come and join your company for the future of your daughter.
After that if she would not come within 15days to reside with u then u have to file restitution conjugal right.

if your wife has left her matrimonial house without reasonable excuse and even if your in-laws are influencing your wife then you have remedy in Hindu Marriage Act 1955. all you need to do is file application u/s 9 of the act for Restitution of Conjugal right in district court. moreover being biological father of your daughter you have by all means right to meet her with the permission of the court.

Hello sir.
Well you can send a notice to your wife. Stating her to come back. Or you will take legal actions against them. If still she dsn't come you can file a case against restition of conjugal rights against your wife
