In-laws not paying any maintenance for basic needs how to claim

I am hindu married in 27.04.2003 having 2 daughters of 12 and 9 age inlaws left mee alone not paying any expenses food accommodation etc.they are only paying school expenses of kids.businessman father in law has many properties but they dont allow mee to live there husband lives with them because he is not a self made person so unable to handle expenses.I have tried a lot but they dont want to help mee in any way now there are so many problems ruin between us but I only want from them is a peaceful and safe place to live with my kids because I am not in condition to bear expenses further.Is there any way by which I can get my home back but I am not in condition to hire a lawer I dont have much money.they have many houses on different names of family members.he earned these properties only 1 home was on my hubby dadaji name...but his elder bro shifted tht 1 by crrok on his name after dadaji death.

There is a remedy under the law wherein you are entitled to a separate place of reaidence or in the alternative the husband has to pay money sufficient for you to bear expenses for one such accomodation. And yes you can also claim maintenance both for yourself and your children.

In reply to your question i would suggest you as under:
As you said that your hasband is not doing any job but the father of your hasband is a bussiness man so in that case your children can claim suit for partition from those properties.
Secondly, you can file a complaint case against your hasband and his family members for providing the shelter or accommodation.
And further you may get the maintenance for you (if you are not working), and for your childrens apart from school expenses.
But for that you have to discuss the matter with us in detail so that we may help you much better.
