You may file an appropriate case in the court of law claiming the residence rights. Your husband may also file a suit for partition in the court of law for claiming his share in the inherited property and other assets. For any assistance you may contact us.

Hi you can claim your share or rights on any ancestors property which a acquired by hereditary rights but you can't claim any rights on self owned property. Feel free to contact me for any further assistance.
