In laws and husband not taking my responsibility what can i do

I spend 8 month of my marriage.after sum tym I want to stay with my husband bcz he is dong job dubai bt my in laws dont want dis.nd sum fight betwen me nd my in laws nd nw i m in my dad home.nw my hubby drastic change he don't want talk nd also don't tak own responsblty.lyf sndg money .my religion is hindu.nd his father told me if his son stay with me then my hubby get out of own property.dats why my hubby scared nd he want leav me bt I thnk property nd his extra material affair cause he wants leav me I can't do anythng bcz he stay in dubai nd i m in India nw wat should

There are many options available to you:

Firstly, you can approach the local Mahila Help Line and complain about the ill treatment. If that does not appear to resolve things you can file an application before the Protection Officer under the Domestic Violence Act and seek interim financial and residential assistance.
You can later or simultaneously file a petition u/s 125 Cr.P.C. asking for maintenance from your husband.

Very first thing you can do is file a domestic violence against your husband and in law after this court will provide you interim maintenance from your husband & i think after that he will be ready to take you with him.

You may file section 9 application in the family court which is restitution of conjugal rights. You may hire any family court lawyer and ask him to do the same. By section 9 application court can send notice to your husband and ask him the reasons for not living with you
