Mai 4month sa apna myka rh rahi hu mara husband or inlaws ka khna hai ke jb mai unlogo ko apni salery dungi tb wo hma rakhanga mara husband koi kaam nahi krta or unka yha khna hai ke divorse file krna pr bhi mujha kuch nahi milaga kunki sari proprty sasur ka naam pr hai blki mai handicaped bhi hu aisa mai mujha or mari bati ko proprty mai koi share nahi hai kya pls mai karu

Aapka apkey husband ki propety, joint property, and ancestral property mey full rights and share hai, but apkey father in law ki self owned property joki mey koi share nahi hai aisa Supreme Court ney faisley mey kaha hai.
