In a relationship with married man how can I marry him

I am in relation with a man from last 5 years who was married for 11 years and having 10 years daughter which he hides from me.now 1 month back I came to know about all this.his family still not knowing about this. Please advice what is the solution to get marry with this man.if he is not ready to tell his family about us.I am also ready to be his second wife.but I want him to accept me any and how.
If you and this man are Hindu, Buddhist, Jain or Sikh, you can not marry this person legally till his first marriage subsists. Even if you are ready to be his second wife, you will not get status and benefits of his legally wedded wife. You have two choices- 1. Ask him to marry you legally which will mean divorcing his first wife and marrying you. 2. To continue with the relations as they are if you are committed to him. Obviously, second advice is not a legal advice.

as per the provision of hindu law. once the first marriage is not dissoved means divorce, u can not marry this person, otherwise your marriage is not valid and not legal.
in case ur married this person - this is called illegitimate marriage means void marriage

Unfortunately you would like to be a wife of a person who has already cheated his wife and was cheating you since last 5 years. To be a second wife is your choice and to accept you as a soutan is first wife's choice. Looking at facts, better you find new partner than to get your life spoiled. It will be beneficial to you and the first wife.
