If uncle adopted me household income will be from my father or uncle

If my uncle adopt me then for government scholarships my household income is from my biological father or from my uncle.?

1) since adoption deed has been duly registered you are legally adopted . you have rights of natural son

2) you have stated that your adopted father has ancestral property . in such a case adopted father cannot gift , transfer ancestral property to brother son and disnherit you . engage a local lawyer and file partition suit in court for your share in property .

Frist of all you are how many years old and in which class r you reading.....?
Now in the response of your query, if your adoption is valid then , income of your uncle, for the purpose of government scholarship ,will be considere .....not otherwise.

After adoption you have disconnected all the relations with biological father. The income of adoptive father has to be taken into consideration for submitting household income. You should be able to change the entries of yours parentage in the certificates after the adoption.
