I want to know under which law I can submit my written arguments?

27-Apr-2023 (In Family Law)
My case is kept for Final decision for 3.5.2017, after the arguments, but neither Mr. Judge hear us properly nor he allowed us to file written arguments. How Can I file my written arguments on file. The opposite party made the file so bulky, which ultimately will affect my case if I am not allowed to file written arguments. I want to know under which law I can submit my written arguments?

Sir, there is no provision under any law to file written arguments but usually it is a practice to file arguments in written form and it is duty of judge to accept written arguments before final arguments

You can submit the written arguments at a time when the matter is listed for arguments and there is no need to be specific about the law as such as the written arguments can be given properly and legally before the court
