I want divorce from my husband physically economically uncountable

My husband tortured me mentally physically economically uncountable times since my marriage. Even his mother brother hit me in front of him but he didn't say anything as protesting. I've a daughter now of 2 year old. Once I loved a boy so my parents drag me into this hell at my early age when I was in 1st yr student. I'm learning some jobs like sewing which is organized by a NGO. I want to do something for my daughter's future. I want to earn money for my daughter's future. So I requested to my parents for my divorce but they rejected my appeal. They just say wait and wait . But I am scaring that if I do something in future depends on my sewing and after that if my husband came and create any other problem. I'm very timid . I don't know why my parents are not supporting me. But I loved very much them. I tired to commits suicide several times but I failed. But I don't want to complain against anyone. My life has been destroyed. I just want to divorce​. Plz inform me what I've to do
Its very strange to know that you are still other support and sympathy. Despite being tortured bother mentally, physically and economically by your husband who 's human being by name only not by deeds. He will never change . Then what's the point in allowing him to dance on ur shoulders. When ur the only earning to support ur daughter eject ur husband for that u need b bold and strong for taking strict action against ur husband come what may. If ur really interested to get rid off urself from the hell and for a better life for self and daughter. Remember one in this self world u need to help and support urself on " SELF HELP IS THE BEST HELP U need to call me at the earliest if ur really want to free urself and daughter from this hell.

First to get a small job for maintain your child and take leave your Matrimonial house immediately as soon as possible and lodged a Written Complaint before the nearest Police Station with the help of said NGO or alone.
Secondly, file a Maintenance Case against your Husband for the maintenance of yourself and your daughter.
After completion it please put your situation and asked for Divorce relating quirries.
