I need advice regarding broken broken roka ceremony. Please guide me.

We had been finding a mate for my elder sister for long. This year in january one of my uncle introduced us with a family of the boy who was intrested in marriage with my sister. His family performed roka ceremony at same time.few days later we also performed roka ceremony for the boy. On march 19 2017 ring ceremony had taken place. We had done all the expanses as they demanded.Now the boy(fiancé) is refusing to marry with my sister.what should we do in this case???

You can always file a complaint of fraud committed upon you and take that complaint further.
Though you cannot force or coerce anybody to marry your sister.

mam, there are two options, firstly if you dont want to indulge in litigation as it takes times and it can hamper the future and precious time of the complainant, so move forward in life leaving other drastic causalities in life. and second if you wish to opt to treat a lesson to the other party then file a case against them by submitting that they demanded dowry from you, and when you found yourself incompetent to their again and again demands being raised at all levels and said no to them they broked the marriage. file case of dowry against him and his family members.
