Hi

You will not get divorce on the ground that you like someone other person but you may get divorce from your husband on the cruelty caused by him.
For this purpose you have to file petition before the family court.

Yes you can get divorce on cruelty ground. Need more information as well..... like how old are your children? Is he paying any maintenance towards them? If you want to file divorce file children maintenance as well.

Yes u can get divorce on the ground of cruelties.. But question arises about your children. If children want to live with you then you have to prove it in the court.. You can ask for alimony against your husband. And do not tell anyone that you are in love with other.

Hi
It would be advisable to have a detailed consultation with all facts to give you proper advice. Assuming you both are Hindus if there has been physical cruelty because of which you are staying separate ,you can file for divorce and retaining custody of children in the Court.Check www.divorcewhammy.com

Since you are not living with your husband try to get mutual consent divorce. If the husband agrees you can easily get divorce. But if he disagrees then also you can get divorce on grounds of cruelty and desertion.
