I am an adult can parents force me to marry against my wishes

20-Mar-2023 (In Family Law)
What if parents pressurising a financially independent, son for marriage by indirect mean's like totally withdrawing family cooperation and isolating (not talking and expressing anger everytime) and falsly blaming of misbehaviour, and threatening to throw out of house for the same and to devoid him his share of property in future..?? And what if it costs, anxiety, loss of mental health and individual confidence to someone??

Your parents can not force you marry against your will. however, there is no end for such allegation or behavioral outcome when son/daughter are doing something on their own. If the property is your ancestral property, no one can devoid you from your rights. The best would be get someone from relation whom your parents respect and take help from them to cool them down. The legal remedies would worsen the ties in your case and wont be helpful.
