Helo sir i am 23yeas old and my soulmate is 20yr old i want to marry her but her family is against our marraige n her mother is trying todo her marraige with om one else but that girl loves me and only wants to marry me, Please advice me the legal way to stop that and marryher with her will... You both can marry easily. Minimum age under law to get marry for male is 21 and for female is 18. You can apply for court marriage before executive magistrate. If you both belong to hindu religion then you can marry in temple and then registered your marriage before marriage registrar.
