Husband's brother's sold father's property and not giving share

my husband is third son,three of his bothers sold the propertyand notsharing the details.my husband parents are helpless.what rights does my husband have? how can he get his share?

If it is ancestral property, your husband should have signed the sale deed.
Your husband can file a suit against his brothers and the buyers and get his share of sale proceeds.
Copies of sale deed can be obtained from sub registrar office (these are public documents)
