Husband tortures me what to do

I am Vaishali,41yrs old. I hv 3children. It has been 16yrs me nd my husband r living together. It is the 2 nd marriage for both of us. Nthing is going on well. My husband tortures me for various reasons. He has also beaten up me for his parents. He wants to live with his parents,but his parents dont even want to hv any relations. He thinks tht it is all bcuz of my 2 marriages nd is talkin bout divorce at present. I'm really confused. Can i pls get some advise? Pls. Im in danger

First of all, convince your husband for a counselling session with a good marriage counselor and see if that helps. If that is not successful and you have decided to end all your troubles once and for all, file a case of domestic violence against him and claim protection order, monthly maintenance and separate accommodation for yourself and your kids if they are minors from the court. It is in the interest of the children and 16 years of marriage that your husband should think constructively rather than talking about previous marriages.
In case of any domestic violence / abuse, you should escalate to elders in your family elders and ideally the matter should be resolved.
in case the family elders do not support the mediation /reconciliation efforts, then you should file a complaint to police/ protection officers under domestic violence act.
