My husband is not going job for 5 years but he is having asset ..now he is living separetly ,iam a working women have a three year kid can i claim maintanence from him
Being a working women you are cannot claim maintenance. But you can seek maintenance for your children education and livelihood. If he does not go to work and living seperately by the income received from the immovable properties then you may file a maintenance petition to pay the maintenance from the income araised from properties.
