Husband not giving maintenance and I am non working what to do

I am living with my children's at my parents house from 6 months. I was filled maintenance and domestic violence case in indore court. My husband was not came on case date of maintenance. I am not working. My parents are financially week. They not afford my and my children's expenses. How can I get maintenance as soon as possible.
The remedy is available through court only. Since you have approached the the courts of your jurisdiction and the court has entertained your matter by issue matter by issue Cr of notice to the other party. You may request to the court to issue warrant in case the other party is avoiding apperence Which in itself can be brought under contempt of court. So ask your lawyer to file the application to this effect to get remedies.
