Husband nor living together neither giving maintenance what to do

Hello sir, I am 30yrs housewife my husband work in shipping he is not calling me or come to meet me and my children from many months he is not giving me money for my children education and room's rent. he says if you want this all come to live here but I don't want to go back because I had mentally tourcherd from last 11 years by my mother-in-law and sisters-in-law.. now I can't afford my kids education and all. sometimes I feel to attempt sucide what I do please suggest me??
You can file maintenance application u/s 125 of crpc and claim all the money from your husband.
and you have options to file various complaints and petition against ur husband such as Domestic violence and cruelty.

You are advised to file case against him for maintenance and for domestic violence against mother in law. Please do not think about suicide, you should think about your child, please go in police station lodge complaint against them,

u have filed complaint under section 125 criminal procedure code. for maintenance. and alongwith interim maintenance.
issued notice to your husband
after order of the court and your husband is not complied the order .
then you have again filed another case under section 125(3) cr.p.c. for execution.
then u move an application for attachment of salary.
* in case u have no details of your husband salary details then apply Right To Information application by way of RPAD for that purpose
i.e. account detail, monthly salary, bank name deposit salary etc.
