Husband married twice, can he sustain both marriages?

Husband done 2marriage as first wife was unknown abt it due to family pressure.now his 2wife n 1st wife came to know the truth.now husband wants to live with his first wife,at the same time 1st wife is ready to support him.please tell the way out,to get husband out safely from this matter and he can take divorce from 2wife
Hi,
If the husband hasn't obtained divorce from the first wife the second marriage is void. The said marriage the second wife can file to declare the marriage void in court. Please also note that the person has committed the offence of bigamy as stated in s.494 and is a criminal offence. I would advise to proceed with caution with regards to whatever it is the person proceeds to do.
