Husband married for financial gain what action can I take

I met husband on Internet,he proposed,I agreed,he asked for money I gave before marg, just after mrg he disconnected emotionally, n kept telling he is trapped financially I took loan from my parents and tht was not enough gave hm all jewelry from his side....he took loan on tht also he never showed any paper though.now he refuse to repay the loan..not gvng back the jewelry moreover he is not taking ny financial responsibility of me n our child.my parents r hlpng with tht.n now he has shftd to sm new place without informng me n snt my stuff to hs native place so tht I do not shft wth him.m ST.
Firstly you can take maintenance for your child and yourself. You can also lodge a complaint before the concerned police station about alleged fraudulent act of your husband. It amounts to cheating , criminal breach of trust and a wrongful gain to your husband. You are adversely affected by his conduct. In short, if you do not fight for your right and your hard earned money. He will exploit you in future as well. Revert me . What you really want to do. All the best.
