Husband living abroad, can I live with my parents if in-laws troubling

My husband is in USA from last 3 months I m living with my in-laws but I don't have good relationship with them So I don't want to live with them it is legal to to live with my mother and father

Hi this is Adv Vikas Sangwan. Since your husband is living in US, you have the choice to live with your in-laws or at your parents. Nothing is illegal to stay with parents in absence of your husband. But before doing this, talk to your husband, may be he himself allow you to stay at your parents house. Since it's family matter, please be careful because if relationship becomes bitter once it's very hard to solve latter.

Yes, u may live with ur parents but tell ur husband politely in writing through e-mail etc. that u will come back on his returning. Also ensure that u remain with touch with ur husband and in-laws. If u have child, visit time to time with ur child to ur in-laws to keep ralations healthy. Think positive.
