First You should get his presenet or current address or his office/business location address from your own source and inform to Honble court to take appropriate action to comply the summon. After that court has power to issue arrest warrant against him.

Dear mam ,

If Summons are received and yet he dosent appears then a bailable warrant will be issued against him which may be after freash summons , then a non bailable eventually .

As far as you want to live with him you can file an application for restitution of conjugal rights.

Please feel free for any other clarification

If the husband deliberately after receiving the summons doesn't appear before the court the court can start the ex parte proceedings... If they have changed the address that is your responsibility to bring the new address before the court so that court can send them the summons... Ur compromise with ur husband can only happen once ur husband joins the proceedings.. For further information u can contact us directly..
