Husband harassing me for money what to do

muje shadi hoke 12 yrs huva sine last 12 years he harassed me for money. i took 2 times police counseling i can not put any case aganist him. now i got central govt job i have one year probationary period. now he harrased me now you can not do anything aganist me now i marry another girl bolke harrase kar raye what can i do now

Approach the jurisdictional police station and lodge a complaint against your husband for the acts of cruelty and criminal intimidation committed by your husband. The police will register an FIR and proceed accordingly. You can also file a case of domestic violence on your husband before the jurisdictional magistrate court and claim protection order from the court against your husband. The court will grant protection order protection order in your favour and prohibit your husband from—
(a) committing any act of domestic violence;
(b) aiding or abetting in the commission of acts of domestic violence;
(c) entering the place of your employment
(d) attempting to communicate in any form, whatsoever, with you, including personal, oral or written or electronic or telephonic contact;
(e) alienating any assets, operating bank lockers or bank accounts used or held or enjoyed by you and your husband, jointly by you and your husband or singly by your husband including your stridhan or any other property held either jointly by both you and your husband or separately by you and your husband without the leave of the Magistrate;
(f) causing violence to the dependents, other relatives or any person who give you assistance from domestic violence;
(g) committing any other act as specified in the protection order.

Did you take up the matter with your elders or his family members about the harassment , if not then first take this step and share with the elders about the issue. Job will not be effected as this purely family matter and you are the victim. If he marries another girl without divorce then he will be at fault and you can file a complaint and will be booked in case against him. For harassment also you can give a complaint and he will be booked a case for his deeds. You can call through the website for further assistane.
