If such a harassment is a continued one and at the same time if you don't want the divorce then you can approach the court seeking the remedy of Judicial Seperation. Judicial seperation means either party to a marriage, may present a petition praying for a decree for judicial seperation on the ground of cruelty caused to them. Once the judicial seperation decree granted, it shall no longer obligatory to the party to cohabit with her/his spouse. In the meanwhile u can seek interim maintenance from your husband to maintaining u and the children.

You have a rights to give a complaint to him but after that your hansband get a ego problem with you and automatically he move to divorce . So you have only one solution about this just meet your both family heads and talk about this problem. They will give advice to him. If he accepted that advice he will begin fresh life to you .

What is the basic problem between both of you? Why does your husband want to leave you? First we should understand the problem then only we can get a solution. What is the legal action you are thinking about. Unless we discuss all these problems we cannot simply think of a solution. You can contact me for a detailed discussion so that I can give a clear and proper guidance.

Madam,
Normally the aggrieved lady like you can initiate proceedings conferred under Domestic Violence Act, that is the solution to get relief from husband's harassment. But your wish to continue the matrimonial life with your husband and it may not possible to invoke DV act, that may result in putting an end to your matrimonial life. Better you try to consult lawyers nearer to you in this regard.
