Husband filed false rcr case what to do

Husband filed fake rcr in the court where marriage is solemnized, we both are employees in same city, what is the procedure to shift the case to existing court where we are employed? Can wife counterfile any other case to seek protection from in-laws as there are very abusive and vulgal.

You can file the transfer petition under section 24 cpc
a) if the court where RCR is filed and place of work is in the same district- At District court OR
b) if the court where RCR is filed and place of work is in the same state- At High court (AP and Telangana are considered single state as for as judiciary is concerned) OR
C) if the court where RCR is filed and work place is in two different states- At Supreme court
you can file a case under Domestic violence act and seek protection(Section18 of DVC act) , residence(Section 19 of DVC act) and other orders against your husband and in laws
