Husband deserted me within 4 months of marriage what can i do

Hi, I got married on20-10-2015. After marriage we started living in pune with in-laws. As dowry we gave 10 laks as demanded. Bcoz of family disputes between my husband and his parents we started living separately close to his office. He asked me to find a job and said that I need to pay half rent.The full advance and half rent was shared by me. In the month of March he left me and said he want mutual divorce as he is not interested in this marriage. When my parents convinced he came back and took me to psychiatrist and wanted to prove as am mentally ill but the psychiatrist rejected as perfectly alright and am working in an Mnc. In month of April he left me alone at home and didnot turn up. He sent a legal notice that am mad so can't continue relation. He is asking for mutual divorce.from past 7 months I am paying rent and staying in same house were he left me. Now I filed 498a as they are demanding for money. Can he file against me now. I want my husband to come and I need justice.
