Legally... file a Domestic Violence Act.... that will ease the assault and other things...

Practically.. my advice is that you try to rekindle the lost love.... see various movies to inspire yourself so that he wants to with you more.... think about a situation wherein a child is put to same stuff daily in school .... he becomes bored and does not want to go... and when different and interesting stuffs... he really is looking forward to go.... see what has gone wrong in your relationship.

Your problem comes under legal and psychological
First i would like to suggest you in legal issue
* You can file criminal case against your husband under section 498 A of I.P.C and domestic violence
* You can take divorce against your husband and can also file maintenance case against your husband.
* You can also take help of mediation center which is guided by N.G.O, Civil Court and High Court.
Second i would like to suggest you in psychological issue
* There must be some issue between you and your husband and with open heart discussion you can solve your problem.
*You can also contact clinical psychologist who can mediate between you and your husband
*Share you felling with your husband
* You should know what is the actual problem
