you have to file a suit for partition requesting the court to allot your share by fixing meats and bounds. The said suit can be filed in your local jurisdiction of civil court .The civil curt is having territorial as well as pecuniary jurisdiction..First you have to cause a legal notice calling upon him to give your shire if fails to react. then you file the suit.

Hi
Since your wife has admitted in her evidence that the properties are brought by you, you can file a suit claiming ownership and declaratory title.
In general the properties in the name of the women are absolutely owned by them
However in your case since your wife has admitted in her evidence then you can make a claim and probably get all of your properties in the event of you filing a suit for declaratory title.

Hello,

How could you get the properties back that you bought on your wife's name as now she is absolute owner of the properties? However, you can try and negotiate with your wife for a reasonable monetary consideration in return of transfer of property on your name. However, I doubt your wife may accept that. Legally you don't stand a chance to get the properties back.
