How to transfer my fathers property into mine and my mothers name

My father passed away in 1994 without making any will, Now my mother wants property to be transferred into her and my name ( we are two siblings myself and my elder brother at present my brother is a citizen of USA) what documents we require from my brother.

After your father's death you and your brother both are entitled to that property same. But if you want to share of your brother property is on your mother name than only way that your brother transfer his share to his mother name. More information call me

As per Hindu law ,succession of male Hindu dying intestate I.e without making any will is govern by law of inheritance as per which property is divided among successors ,please provide all details regarding the property whether it's ancestral or earned by your father because succession will be different for both !
